(We even provide a high quality brass hook, and hardened steel masonry pins, so that you can hang the picture straight away!)

Your picture is packaged in a beautiful white card box with crystal clear lid, so that you can see the image clearly, and the remarkable quality of the printing. See the watercolour washes and brush strokes faithfully reproduced in the print – just like the original.

Each canvas carries a Certificate of Authenticity - signed by the artist, Katherine Chippindale. This also carries the serial number of the picture that you have bought for future reference.

Each canvas is packed in it’s own gift box, and then inserted into a double wall , corrugated cardboard box to protect is during transit.

We also have a 30 days return policy – we are sure that you will be impressed with our product and service. However, if you or the recipient of the canvas are not entirely satisfied with it – or want to exchange it for another design, then please return within 30 days from the date of receiving it, for a full refund or exchange.

If you email or fax your order through, we will confirm it the following morning. Please let us know how you would like us to confirm ( email/phone) and the best time to contact you .

For the small additional cost of £4.50 we can include a gift card, with the same image as the one on the canvas handwritten with your message in it. Ideal if you are sending the picture as a Christmas present to someone far away.

You will almost certainly find that whoever receives one of our beautiful canvases, would like to order one or more – either as gifts or to decorate a room. In which case, if they quote your name and the serial number on the canvas, when ordering, they will receive a 10% discount off their order.

We accept all forms of payment – we prefer to take your order and payment over the phone. Please have your card details ready when calling.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by courier. We can arrange to deliver to your address , or if it is a gift , the recipient’s address.

This is a club for enthusiasts and collectors of Katherine’s work, with regular newsletters, information about new artwork, and the opportunity to pre –order prints, cards and other new products at a special price, before they are made available on the open market.
