1. We trade on the basis of a mutual trust, between our customers and our suppliers. We believe that our suppliers work hard to deliver the best product at a fair price, and we in turn deliver an excellent product at fair prices, which customers then enjoy and appreciate.
2. They buy in good faith, with the intention of paying for the goods in a timely manner – which in our case is 30days from date of invoice.
3. We ship your order with a delivery note, and at the same time our sales office will issue your invoice, which will be sent by post. After a couple of weeks, we send a statement to customers to remind them that a payment is due, and when it should be paid. In rare cases we have to send payment reminders, when this seems to have been overlooked.
4. With a record of supplying over 600 customers, we have had the misfortune of not being paid only once. Unfortunately for the party concerned, we had to resort to legal action, and the debt was recovered after six months. Although we work on the basis of trust, we don’t hesitate to take action to recover our debts, if on the rare occasion it might happen.
1. Whilst every care has been taken to provide an accurate representation of the products available for purchase, individual screen sizes and settings may alter individual colour reproduction.
2. In addition, because screen technology is still being improved, occasionally your monitor may be unable to do full justice to some of the images depicted.
1. All goods offered for sale through our website are priced in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT.
2. Ask4Art Ltd. will remain the owner of any goods or services sold until full payment for such goods or services is received from the customer.
1. Except as otherwise expressly mentioned in these conditions, Ask4Art Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) to the customer or a third party due to the misuse of the product or negligence during the customers ownership. This does not affect your Statutory Rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
2. Ask4Art Ltd. offers their canvas picture products for sale for the purpose of visual decoration inside property or premises with the expected environmental temperature, light and humidity conditions, commensurate with comfortable living and working conditions.
3. We do not accept responsibility for unreasonable use in conditions that could cause our products to deteriorate, such as extremes of heat, light and moisture.
1. All orders are accepted subject to availability.
2. Postage and packaging overseas is subject to charges to be agreed with the customer.
4. All orders should be dispatched within seven working days of receipt of order. Within the United Kingdom orders should be received within 14 working days. If orders are not received within this time, the customer should alert us.
5. If there is likely to be a delay, we will notify the customer and offer the option to cancel an order and receive a full refund (see 'Returns and Refunds' below). Alternatively we will arrange a new delivery date.
6. Customers should alert us if they have not received their order within 21 days from date of order
1. We take the greatest care to ensure all our products are checked prior to dispatch. If for any reason products are damaged or unacceptable, we will make every effort to rectify the situation to ensure the customer is fully satisfied.
2. If a print is damaged in transit, the customer should notify us within seven days of receiving it. All packaging material should be kept as evidence of the damage caused. We will arrange to have the order collected at our expense and the customer will be offered the option of having either a replacement, or alternative products of equal value, or a full refund within 30 days.
3. If the customer is not entirely satisfied with their order, we will offer to exchange the product or offer to refund the full purchase value of their order within 30 days of the order being received by us, assuming that it is received back in an undamaged condition and suitable for re-sale. Responsibility for the return of the print and the postage cost are with the purchaser.

Ask4Art Ltd. maintains a strict privacy policy. Because we are committed to protecting customer privacy, we will only use the information we collect about customers lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to recommended codes of practice.
E-mails we receive and send are kept on our computer systems to ensure that we have a record of all orders placed.
However, because the storage of personal information is covered by legislation, we have adopted a simple policy of not disclosing personal information to third parties other than where necessary to fulfil orders. This policy offers total peace of mind and means customers shouldn't be pestered by unsolicited telephone calls, e-mails or junk mail.
We also use this information to update visitors who have registered their details with us, and requested to be kept updated of our latest products.
We collect information about our customers to process orders, and to provide the best possible service and also where customers have requested us to keep details.
The information we collect about customers includes only their name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, where it has been supplied, details of any particular areas of interest.
This information will have been supplied by the customer either when ordering or when requesting further information or updates. We do not hold your credit/debit card details, and use them for the sole purpose of carrying out the transaction to purchase our products.
From time to time we will inform our customers of new products that we introduce, and solicit their comments for the purpose of improving our service.
